Dr. Tiffany Scandrett

Dr. Tiffany Scandrett was born and raised in Macon, Georgia and is the proud wife to her husband, Erroll, and mother to her daughters D’Erroll, Jada, Erin, and Erica Joy. She has been practicing in the field of Speech-Language Pathology for over 22 years, currently serving as the owner and lead Speech Language Pathologist of Communication Dynamics Pediatric Therapy. Scandrett received both her Bachelor and Master’s degrees from Valdosta State University in Education of Speech Language Pathology. She has also earned an Educational Specialist degree and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Argosy University-Sarasota.

As an advocate for early intervention, she and her staff serve to educate and promote early language development for Middle Georgia families and preschool organizations such as Head Starts. Dr. Scandrett is also an approved Bright from the Start Trainer where she provided continuing education training to daycare and early childhood professionals for licensure requirements.She is a member of several councils and organizations including: Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., American Speech Hearing Association, the National Black Association for Speech and Hearing, the Medical Advisory Council for Therapy Network of Georgia, National Organization of Sisters in Speech Therapy and Audiology, Inc., and the Health Advisory Council for Macon-Bibb EOCI Head Start and Middle Georgia Action Agency. More recently, she became a founding member of S.I.S.T.A.s (Sisters in Speech Therapy and Audiology) of Middle Georgia where she is committed to the mentorship and scholarship of young professionals in her field. Dr. Scandrett is also an active member of Bibb Mt. Zion Baptist Church serving as the Co-Leader of the Women’s Ministry and a Teacher for Christian Education with a mission to spread God’s word and the process of salvation and discipleship to all she meets.

Tyler Morgan

Tyler Morgan is a native of Milledgeville, Georgia and enjoys working with children and adults in both the clinical and medical settings. Morgan earned two Bachelor’s degrees in Office Administration and Communication Sciences and Disorders from Valdosta State University and later completed her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Valdosta State University as well. She began working at Communication Dynamics as a clinical fellow Speech-Language Pathologist in July of 2022. Outside of the office, Morgan enjoys reading, painting, drawing, traveling, trying new foods, and cosmetology.

Teriona Hobbs

Teriona Hobbs is originally from Thomaston, Georgia, being the oldest of three siblings, and enjoys working with kids and building rapport with the families she meets. Hobbs earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology then a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of West Georgia. With a growing desire for the career, she became a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide the skills to children that can enhance their life experiences, both academically and socially. Hobbs has been working with Communication Dynamics since July 2022 as a clinical fellow Speech-Language Pathologist. When she isn’t working, Hobbs enjoys watching TV, spending time with family and friends, traveling, and online shopping.

Stacey Roberts

Stacey Roberts is a Speech-Language Pathologist from Macon, Georgia earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Valdosta State University. Working part time on and off for several years, she began working with Communication Dynamics in June of 2016 specializing in early intervention and feeding therapy. When Roberts isn’t working, she enjoys dancing and living life in the moment!

Sherie McGee

Sherie McGee is a Speech-Language Pathologist from Statesboro, Georgia, being influenced by her younger brother who received elementary special education. McGee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Morris Brown College and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Emory University. After retiring as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a local school system, she began working with Communication Dynamics’ preschool-aged children, parents and teachers in August of 2012. In her spare time, McGee enjoys cooking, reading novels, and watching the NCIS series and its spin-offs.

Dr. Mable Anderson

Mable Anderson is a native of Macon, Georgia serving as a Speech-Language Pathologist for over 35 years. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and later earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Georgia. She then obtained her Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University and a Doctorate from Georgia Southern University. Her mission has been to minister to babies and their families through Babies Can’t Wait and to service children through the local school systems and geriatric population while serving at various long term care facilities. With a passion for this field, Anderson has enjoyed working as an independent contractor through Anderson’s Speech Therapy for the last 20 years but recently started working with Communication Dynamics in 2023. When Anderson is not working, she enjoys walking, reading, international travel, and ministering to teenage youth, women, and young married couples.

Sonya Floyd

Sonya Floyd completed her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders at Georgia Southern University-Armstrong Campus and later earned a Master’s degree in Communication Disorders at Valdosta State University specializing in adult swallowing, swallowing disorders, and diagnostics. Throughout her career, she has worked in a range of settings including skilled nursing facilities, acute care, home health, swing beds, private practice, and community re-entry programs. Floyd has also trained in several disciplines to include Beckman Oral Motor, Myofacial Release, Vital Stim, AmpCare ESP, and FEES. Mrs. Floyd is the owner of Analyze This, LLC and currently provides mobile Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow (FEES) in Middle Georgia and the surrounding areas. Since June of 2022, Floyd has been contracting with Communication Dynamics performing diagnostic assessments of pediatric patients.
